Sale of takeaway / delivered dishes by Okinawa.
2. Prices
Prices in euros, all taxes included. Okinawa reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
No online payment: you pay at the restaurant, when dining in or collecting your takeaway order, or on delivery. Payment methods accepted at the restaurant: cash and bank card. Bank cards and meal vouchers are not accepted for delivery.
4. Delivery / collection
Takeaway: order online and collect at the restaurant (8 Avenue de Verdun, 33610 Cestas) at the time slot chosen when ordering. Delivery: order online, subject to the area and conditions shown when ordering. Delivery ordered through Uber Eats is subject to that platform's terms.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
